I want to be upfront and honest. My daughters take up a lot of my free time. Believe me, I want to find that special woman for me and I will make time for her and our relationship. I was thinking today about the things I miss because I do not have a woman in my life. And here is the list, talking to a women my age, holding hands, kissing, hugging, cuddling, going out to eat with a woman. A woman to watch a movie with that is my age. A woman to take walks with and watch the sun set or rise. Someone to treat special and surprise.
I have been asked "what am I looking for in a woman?" Well here are the finer points. Someone that can laugh at me as well as herself. She is smart and can carry on a conversation on an adult level when needed. She cares about her appearance. I'm not talking about someone who primps or fixes her make-up/hair every time she sees a mirror or cannot walk out of the house without make-up on. Someone who just takes pride in herself whether she is in jeans or a dress. Overall looks are not a big deal to me. Beauty fades and the real person is left,so she needs to have inner beauty. A woman that can have fun in the dirt or mud as much as she can at the theater or fine restaurant. A woman that can be honest even if the truth stings. This may sound juvenile, but a woman that likes to hold hands and hug. To me it is the simple things that show true love. She likes music and concerts. Music is a huge part of me. I always have it on and am always looking for new music for my collection. Someone that is her own person. She needs to bring her own personality to the relationship not just try to be what she thinks I want her to be. Because what I want is her to be herself. Because that is going to be the person I fall in Love with.
