I am a single mother of a teenage daughter, whom I refer to as my 'masterpiece' and freelance designer residing in Bonita Springs. Born and raised in Philly, but transplanted for 14 years, now.
I am an artist, so art is a huge interest of mine as is music...there is not a moment in my day that I do not have tunes playing.
In addition to working for myself, I also work as a photographer for a local studio and love this job, as I get to make kids and babies smile all day long...Halloween has proven to be the best time of the year, thus far! Do not get much time to go out and seek quality people to spend what little time I have with.
Appreciate people that can take life on the lighter side and a sense of humor is critical...the more twisted, the better! It is a true artform to laugh at yourself...but even better to be able to laugh at your friends.
I am 5'7" tall with an average build...been told I look great for my age, so, guess that helps! LOL!
My eyes are usually what people notice first and have been told there is an evil glint in them...this is what Catholic school did for me!!
Hair is very short and like it that way, do not have time to be high maintenance and love that about myself.
Clothing style tends to be more casual; however, modeled in Philly and love to dress to the nines when it is called for. Mainly jeans and changing the style of top as to what is called for. Feel the person is more important than the labels on their backs. Do not go with trends, make my own style.
I am coming into a point in my life that I would like to meet the partner that I could be with daily, eventually. Marriage is not a priority, but cannot say never, I guess.
Not looking to rush things, though. I like to meet people in person and see what comes about...my intuitions tend to give me vibes and I go from there.
I prefer a confident, secure and stable guy even where a friend is concerned. Do have to state that my biggest obstacle thus far has been guys that cannot deal with their ex and talk to me in a descent fashion after...this does not work well with me...I am NOT your ex!
Desire someone that can come into a new possible realtionship without guiding according to their last one or marriage. With me, new dating partners get a clean slate..new person, new page. We have all had bad experiences, just learn and move on.
Love to laugh and have fun, it is very healthy. Look at everyday as a new possibility to be happy and wish to meet a guy that can remain positive no matter what curve ball life throws their way.
Life is a challenge, make it over the speedbumps and see what awaits you on the other side!!
