It's a great pleasure to meet anyone who wishes to correspond with me.
My name is Cesar Polito; I'm 39 yrs old, Hispanic male, 6.O feet tall, 185 lbs., bilingual, Spanish/English, originally from Colombia.
My father brought me, to this country when I was 17 yrs old, seeking for a better life. Being young and not familiar with the structure of the American culture; I made a mistake that resulted in my imprisonment.
My father passed away a few years ago, and now I found myself lonely, without any family or friends, struggling with this prison life, or anyone I could write to share my feelings and thoughts.
I spent lots of time, trying to better myself, in all aspects of my life and I feel very satisfied with all my accomplishments, so far.
I love to read, and write poetry. I work as an educational tutor, for different groups programs, as Violence Prevention, and Thinking for a Change. I'm also an activist.
I work out on a daily basis, to stay healthy. I also play sports; my favorite ones are soccer, and basketball.
I'm very enthusiastic on what I believe in life. I consider myself peaceful, complacent, very generous, playful, optimistic, and very grateful with life, even though the situation is not the best. I have learned to manage my life very well under these conditions with what is available to me.
