I guess the best way to describe me is my definition of love.....should cover all the bases here:
In the past five years i have dicovered alot of the word love and how easily people throw that word around to get either what they want or use it as a way of saying hello or goodbye and i wonder if they really know what the word even means. I had to recently ask myself that question as i flaunted the word around like an everyday word used in so many different ways.
I believe that from the beginning everyone really wants to be in love and have children and to be loved but never really grasped it. Perhaps that is why the divorce rate is so high and surpasses marriages. I saw how true love really worked a couple of times in my life with people close to me. They lost their spouse and less than a year later they pass on because of heartbreak....hell a dog loses his master and he has a tough time hanging on and even dies of the same. That is love. Unconditional, selfless, meaningful true love. I wonder how many people really feel that for a mate. To be willing to die for her and sacrifice everything he is and stands for for her. It is said God loved the world so much He sacrificed His Son to die on the cross in a terriable way so the people may live through His Son. His Son Jesus was willing to die for us as well even though for a moment He asked for that cup to be removed from Him...if it was His fathers will.
I dream about the day to be able to love someone so much that i hate to go to work and leave her at home hating that the day is dragging by so slow that i cannot wait to get home to be with her and in her arms, but yet comfortable with the feeling i get that she will always be there. It in this time in my life would be fulfilling and to be able to put that person first in your life before yourself . And easier as the children are all raised and away from home......to be continued later
