Well, before ya ask, I'll tell ya. That thar's a pitcher of ma tractor. We're about the same age - but she's a mite purtier 'n me. Runs a lil' better too. Takes about the same amount of maintenance though. Was gonna use a pitcher o' one of the cows, but the gals kept turnin' round n I dinna wanna offend no one by showin' bessies hin' quarters. I'm no spring chicken, but I ain't a randy ol' goat nither. I guess I'm lookin' fer somebody to keep me comp'ny. Would be a big plus iffin ya could cook. And knowin' how to draw n quarter a beef wouldn't be a bad thing nither. I'm kinda partial to home cookin'. And I do a fair amount of canning every August. & I make a mean strawberry freezer jam. Every winter, I run a trap line and can keep yer pot full of good victuals (n mebbe even trap ya a fur coat. 'course it would have to be pelts to the furrier to have it special made. But I get some beauties every year n ain't nothin' warmer than a marten. cept a bear, n they ain't nearly so purty n ya don't trap bear) I ain't rich and I ain't poor. I'm homely as my tractor there, though - but my hair's still as black as when I was 20. If ya think ya could make a good pie crust, and ya wouldn't mind puttin' yer teeth in the jar beside mine at nite, drop me a line.
(n this silly list of questions wants to know if i live alone or with pets. Well, I guess ya could call Some o' the critters 'pets' but the durned things surely don't live in the house n I don't live in the barn. - n Bessie ain't no pet. ain't never et no pet.)
